The MedSpec Gripper Hinged Knee Brace provides effective medial/lateral ligament support for a variety of knee conditions. LCL and MCL sprains, lateral and medial instabilities (side to side), meniscal tears, osteoarthritis and knee strains while resisting distal migration.
Compliance & Migration
- Internal SkinLoc™ pad works in concert with the outer closure strap to grip the proximal end of the calf muscle and inhibit the brace from migrating distally, thereby enhancing patient compliance.
Durability

The Gripper 12” is available in two different base materials: Neoprene and CoolFlex™ The neoprene version provides warmth and superior compression. The Gripper 2 is made with a thinner and lighter neoprene. The CoolFlex version is breathable and hypoallergenic.
